St Patricks Day...OR....National Quilting Day?

Happy St Pat's!!  Will everyone be drinking green beer?  Maybe watching some basketball on tv?  Did you know today is also National Quilting Day...I think.  I'm geting conflicting information.  Anyway, we can pretend it is and have an excuse to maybe buy more fabric?

I'm hoping to get some sewing in later this afternoon. 
Back to work on my husbands quilt.....and then I think I'll tackle a smaller project!  Those large quilts are beasts to quilt.

    I attended a local guild show, and found out about QuiltCon, so I think that's a heck of a way to celebrate! Also, we can make it quilting week, right? Since I need (Hah! Need!) to buy the fabric for my QuiltCon block...

    Any excuse to do some sewing or buy some fabric works for me!!
    I'm still trying to get inspired for a quilt con block...
